The time has come once more. Christmas moves nearer now. A lot still must be completed this year, also this blog. It is time again! Blog time!!
In the last months we showed only very few things here. This has its reasons. Not everyone has access to the system, and we, the admins, are in the project, as well as privately, more often working at full capacity than someone might think. But now the cold winter time is coming, and everybody can once again dedicate themselves, in a warm room, more to their passionate hobby: Blendering …I must still smile quietly about this word.
Well well, what do we have for you? First of all, some very good pictures, which come directly from our members, and which are not composited or refined by us in any way. This indicates you: Everyone is able to learn Blender.… ok, a little graphic flair and imaginatiive capability should be helpful. But we are a community, a community which enjoys being direct and also also enjoys helping beginners… may the questions be banal, and the possibly to read it in each Wiki … we help gladly.
A very pleasing thing (and not only the core team does observe this): The users are learning fast. This is reflected in the quality of the meshes, textures and at least in the final result of the delivered work. This speaks clearly for our Community. Everyone can do, if he wants…
There are not only the complex models, which ensure for attention and astonishment, but also the seemingly unimportant ones. Exactly these are the ones which bring the scene to life. Without hills of rubbish, plants, vehicles and much more a scene would not be complete. So here from me, to all the users who worked on these objects, a big congratulation. The diligence of these members is enormous and it is beautiful to see how they push themselves to master performances. We are proud to have such people with us.
In order to give this blog a little more life, we will publish some pictures, concepts or even animations during the winter months. These are already available in the forum and should now finally shown to the public. Long live the blog!
Many dear greetings
